Some products on our store are listed before their actual release date. These are products not yet physically in our possession, for which Onygamestore activates the pre-order option: a copy will be reserved for the customer, who will thus be able to receive it immediately after release.
The page of a pre-order product always indicates the expected release date. This date represents the day our suppliers should deliver the packages containing the products. Due to the unpredictable nature of pre-sales, this is not a definitive date: it is possible that, for reasons beyond our control, the producer or supplier may decide to postpone the actual release date, making the one we indicated obsolete.
Onygamestore ensures to promptly notify customers of any postponement as soon as this information is officially confirmed by suppliers with appropriate communication.
It should be noted that the date indicated, precisely because it refers to the delivery day by our suppliers, is not to be understood as the expected delivery date of the package containing the product to the customer. Shipment preparations, according to usual company policies, occur immediately after the supplier completes delivery to our warehouse. This implies that shipments to customers will usually be processed within 24-48 working hours from the indicated release date. For the purposes mentioned above, it is reminded that "working hours" refer to non-holiday days excluding Saturday (thus, from Monday to Friday).
In case of mixed orders, containing both pre-order products and immediately available products, Onygamestore proceeds with the shipment of the complete package when all products can be shipped, that is, upon the actual release of the pre-order product. It is the customer's responsibility to request any separation of the shipment and the separate sending of products already available.
The separation of an order into multiple different orders is to be considered as the creation of a new order with modification of the previous one. If, due to the separation of the order, one or more of the resulting orders contain products with a value insufficient to reach the minimum shipping threshold, the related shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In any case, all other ancillary costs will be charged for each order, such as, for example, the amount due for the Cash on Delivery service.
Onygamestore disclaims any responsibility in case of cancellation of the product's commercialization by the distributor or supplier. In such unfortunate cases, Onygamestore will still notify customers of what happened, so as to proceed with the cancellation - total, for orders exclusively concerning the pre-ordered product; or partial, in the case of mixed orders - of the order according to the customer's instructions and the issuance of the due refund.
Similarly, if the supplier makes fewer copies available than initially promised, Onygamestore is not responsible for the consequent cancellations. It is specified from now that, in such an unlikely case, orders whose amount has already been paid will be kept active.
