Orders are shipped within 1/4 working days. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.

What happens if the courier cannot deliver your package
If the courier did not find you at home, they will make a new delivery attempt on the next working day.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to force majeure (non-existent address or recipient absent after multiple attempts), you will receive an email from BRT to notify you of the storage of your package and ask for instructions. If you do not receive the email, don't worry: our customer service will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery attempt with you.
Changing the delivery address
You can change the delivery address only if it is still pending payment or has not yet been processed by contacting support via email Onygamestore@gmail.com. Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it will not be possible to change the address once the order has been processed or delivered to the courier. Before sending the order, make sure it is filled out correctly and that the address is correct.
